I downloaded a copy onto one computer station and my co worker used the same username on a different computer station and now the ribbons, only the ribbons are not showing up on my station but they still show on his now.

there is no setting under grid, prairie that sets the muntin bars position so they always come up with equal spaces?

I'm kinda new to Sketchup (about 18 months experience) so this may be a little elementary. These scripts have helped me tremendously so thank you so much for them.

I'm getting an error in Instant Door & Window in SU 2019 on a Mac. I had an existing 2018 model that I opened in 2019. The 2018 model had pre-existing window components in the model. I created a door and placed it in the model. I then tried to use one of the "In Model" window components. When I select it and place it in the model it places the door I previously created. This applies to every "In Model" window component. They are all placing a door component.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I got an error "Not an acceptable length" When change size of windows or door.
I have SU 2018 Pro and run on Windows 10.
Please help.

I'm new to the script, so hoping this is something easy that I'm missing in the parameter settings. Regardless of what I've tried, either the inside components for windows/ doors are not being generated and inserted into my models. I've tried both preset and custom styles, as well as working in different SU files. A couple of times I was able to see the inside components, but they were not aligned with the outside component, and in one case, they were feet apart and at not parallel. Is there anything you suggest?

Hi, I just bought your plugin yesterday and I really like it but now I am facing a problem trying to create certain type of windows which is Misc Library under Win W4056 Shutter, when I try to create it, it doesnt show properly it only show one side of the window also it is not aligned with the wall at all, I tried several other tools and they all works perfectly so please advice

Given that each window/door is created with line work visual and hidden, what is the best method of deleting a window/door. In my trials I end up with hidden lines left over that stop the face from being recreated over the erased window/door.

Hi all,
Been through the tutorials and I may be missing something but how do you make a custom arrangement of windows? The particular configuration, in terms of casements to sash is not always in the presets.
Any help gratefully received
